Outside this featured departure, annual blackouts remain June 1–July 31, November 20–30 and December 15–January 4. December 1–14 is eligible, subject to availability. Other itineraries must fit the applicable travel window.

Custom private departures require at least six months’ notice; guests may enquire about joining the featured departures above. Provisional room holds last up to 30 days from the agreed hold date; names, rooming and the deposit must be confirmed before expiry.

Nitrox-certified divers receive complimentary Nitrox on all scheduled dives during a featured departure marked with the offer. This includes certified group leaders. Gas selection must suit the approved dive profile and the dive team’s safety requirements. Tell us your Nitrox certification status when enquiring; certification training is not included.

The offer applies only to departures explicitly marked with complimentary Nitrox. Other dates retain the usual Nitrox charge unless your written quote confirms an offer.

Yes. Dive tour days may swap depending on availability. Weather, sea conditions, safety and logistics may also change the day order and exact sites. We first reschedule or provide safe, suitable replacement diving. A site change alone does not qualify for a refund. Mainland tours cannot replace paid diving.

If the operator cancels a whole dive day and cannot reschedule it or provide suitable replacement diving, BPDC refunds the applicable whole-day value. The same rule applies to equipment failure or staffing cancellations.

No refunds apply to individual dives, snorkels, night dives or partial-day weather cancellations. Accommodation, flights, transfers, welcome items and other reserved components remain nonrefundable.

The package is nonrefundable and nontransferable, subject to the whole-dive-day cancellation provision above. Illness, late arrival, disrupted guest flights, missed transport, unmet dive requirements or personal choice do not qualify for a refund or credit when services remain available.

Comprehensive travel and dive insurance is strongly encouraged. Check cancellation / interruption, medical and evacuation cover, including covered events and prepaid services.

Share your certification, age and recent dive experience before booking. Blue Hole and wreck participation follow operator criteria and approval. Standard equipment is included for paying guests; computers and night lights are additional. Nitrox is complimentary for Nitrox-certified divers on the featured departures, subject to approved dive profiles, and is normally additional on other dates.

Splash Belize operates a 4:1 diver-to-guide ratio. Dive durations and the operating plan are confirmed for your departure.

The mid-trip domestic flight and your departure must allow the required interval after the actual last dive, including any recovery diving. DAN recommends at least 18 hours after repetitive or multi-day no-decompression diving for symptom-free divers; longer intervals reduce risk.

Check with the team before adding diving or altitude excursions. Confirm domestic baggage limits; excess baggage charges are the guest’s responsibility.

Yes. Non-diver stays and suitable snorkeling options are quoted individually. Couples and smaller parties may join scheduled departures, with the applicable transfer supplement.

Private groups booked ahead are not subject to a participation minimum. Smaller bookings are advised in advance if participation is insufficient; alternative diving is arranged, or the whole-day rule applies if no replacement is delivered.
